The Association of Indiana Counties is pleased to announce the 64th Annual Conference will be an in-person event in St. Joseph County, September 19 - 22, 2022 at the South Bend Century Center.  The host committee this year is comprised of St. Joseph, Marshall, and Elkhart Counties.  The conference will again be a great opportunity to learn new ideas, systems, resources available for your office along with the ability to network with other county officials.  The Tuesday Night Dine Around is back and will be held at Notre Dame Football Field on the concourse.  You also won't want to miss local officials performing on Wednesday during the Awards Banquet.

Registration will open on July 11th for county attendees and July 15th for vendors.  Early bird rates will apply through 5:00 pm EDT on August 15th.  Online registration will cutoff at 5:00 pm EDT on September 11th.  All registrations after September 11th will be done on-site.  All links for the various registration options are listed below.   Click on the registration type that best fits you.  Vendors are required to pay all registrations with a credit card.   The cancellation and refund policy is below.  If you register and then need to add additional people to the registration, decide to play golf or add sponsorship opportunities, please click on the appropriate link or contact Jacque Clements at jclements@indianacounties.org or call 317-829-3655.

Room blocks have been reserved at the local for the nights of September 18th thru the 23rd.   There is a separate room block for county attendees and vendors.  The room blocks will open on their respective day of registration opening - July 11th for county attendees and July 15th for vendors.  Hotel reservations can be made until August 28th to be guaranteed the conference rate of $XXX.XX.  The registration information will be sent to you in the confirmation email.

AIC Code of Conduct:
The AIC is requesting that all conference attendees agree to behave in compliance with the AIC Event Conduct Policy.

CANCELLATION POLICY: The AIC must receive WRITTEN NOTICE of conference registration cancellation by September 6th to receive a refund minus a $25.00 processing fee if paid by credit card.  After September 6th, refunds will not be available and full payment must still be made to the AIC for cancellations and registered no-shows.
