Do you have a 4th Grade student, or know someone who does?
The Association of Indiana Counties is now conducting their annual essay contest. It is open to 4th Grade public, private, and home-schooled children. I encourage fourth graders of Owen County to participate for an opportunity to practice important skills, learn about local government, and, if selected as having the top entry, earn a $100 award with special recognition.
Owen County has been home to our district's winning entries in recent years: Anna Thompson (McCormick's Creek Elementary School, 2017) and Eva Saunders (McCormick's Creek Elementary School, 2019). #OCINGov #IndianaCounties
