Exhibition at AIC Annual Conference
Associates receive advance notice as well as preference on exhibit space at the annual conference, the largest gathering of county officials and employees in the state. The AIC's Annual Conference provides Associates with exclusive opportunities to market its services and products to nearly 700 attendees including assessors, auditors, clerks, commissioners, coroners, council members, recorders, surveyors, treasurers, and highway engineers and supervisors. During this four-day annual event, Associates may set up a booth at discounted rates (a $240 savings), and receive one complimentary registration (a $200 value).
Sponsorship of Annual Conference
Associates are given the exclusive opportunity to be an integral part of the AIC annual conference by sponsoring an event. Associates are also given preference for hospitality suites and advertising spaces in the annual conference program, a 50-page glossy program which all attendees refer to throughout the conference.
Directory Listing
The Directory of County Resources is an annual publication which lists Associates by category according to the service or product specialty. Each Associate receives a complimentary listing and a description of services in this directory. For an even larger impact, Associates can advertise in this widely-used publication. When county officials or employees call the AIC inquiring about consultants that provide a particular service or product, the AIC refers them to this directory. This publication is provided complimentary to all 92 county auditors, county council presidents, presidents of county commissioners, and AIC Board of Directors. It is used as a reference guide for county services and products.
Publications
Associates receive a complimentary listing and a description of services in the annual Directory of County Resources, a listing in the annual conference program, and a listing on the AIC website. Associates receive complimentary copies of the Directory of Indiana County Officials and Directory of County Resources as well as complimentary subscriptions to our eNewsletter and our bi-monthly magazine Indiana News 92.
Workshop Opportunities
Associates are the AIC's main resource for experts to conduct seminars on a wide variety of topics - not only for the AIC's "DIPLOMA" educational program - but also for workshops during the annual conference. The Associates are exclusively invited to attend the six district meetings that are held annually at the conclusion of the legislative session for the county officials and employees; an excellent opportunity for Associates to meet county officials and to learn how the legislative session impacted counties.

Associates receive advance notice of advertising opportunities in widely read publications such as the bi-monthly Indiana News 92 magazine, Directory of Indiana County Officials, Directory of County Resources, Annual County Factbook, and the Annual Conference Program.

The AIC is always looking for interesting,pertinent and timely articles for IndianaNews 92 magazine. Contributed articles from Associate Members will always be considered for publication.
