The Association of Indiana Counties, Inc. is a nonprofit organization established in 1957 for the betterment of county government. The various functions of the AIC include lobbying the Indiana General Assembly on behalf of counties, serving as liaison among counties, state and federal agencies as well as providing technical assistance and training to county officials and employees.

Guide to Indiana County Government Now Available This 53 page guide details the duties and responsibilities of each AIC affiliate office. The cost per book is $20 and single orders of 10 books or more are available for $18 per book. Bulk discount pricing is available through March 15 unless supplies run out by then.
2010 Property Tax Estimates by Property Class This study shows the general changes in property taxes since 2007. Also included is information on the distribution of tax cap credits by property class on a unit-by-unit basis.
